This project involved the transformation of an existing single-family dwelling into a four-unit residential building and laneway suite.

MXL managed the project holistically, including complete building design; structural, mechanical (HVAC and plumbing), electrical and civil engineering; Committee of Adjustment and permit applications; and engineering inspection services.
